Area of responsibility


  • Supporting our demanding customers/key accounts within the scope of independent customer projects
  • Coordinating and supporting all activities arising in the customer project – from the initial enquiry from various industries to the conclusion of the contract and order tracking
  • Attending customer appointments 
  • Preparing quotations and calculations 
  • Discussing samples with production 
  • Preparing data sheets and product descriptions 
  • Order entry and processing 
  • Communicating with business partners nationally and internationally

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training/degree with experience in textiles or technology
  • Alternatively, technical training/degree with commercial understanding
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of processing public tenders (industry-independent)
  • Sales- and customer-oriented approach to work 
  • Passion for technical and complex products 
  • Communicative and open-minded manner and structured approach 
  • Confident use of Office programmes 
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
