Area of responsibility

You will support our team in the areas of IT, digital systems and e-commerce – depending on your degree programme, interests and previous experience
You will be the point of contact for colleagues with technical questions about our digital applications and systems
You will work independently on tasks and, in the case of more complex issues, coordinate the transfer of these to second-level support or external partners
You will be involved in updates, tests and the introduction of new functions and tools
You will work closely with the specialist departments and help to continuously improve and further develop digital processes

Requirements

You are currently studying computer science, business informatics, business administration or a similar subject
You have or would like to gain experience in working with and supporting ERP systems
You have an understanding of business processes such as purchasing, production, logistics and sales
You enjoy providing user support, have an affinity for IT and are skilled at communicating with target groups
You have an independent, precise and structured approach to your work
You are interested in working for a modern company with great products
