Area of responsibility

Operative purchasing incl. deadline monitoring (mainly in English)
Administration and data maintenance
Complaints processing incl. communication with external service providers and suppliers
Support in the area of quality assurance
Further development and optimisation of internal processes
Participation in interdepartmental projects as required

Requirements

Completed commercial training
First professional experience in the textile and clothing industry advantageous but not mandatory
Enthusiasm for our products
Flexibility
Independent and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Confident handling of MS-Office
Good language skills in Vietnamese, English and German (written and spoken)
