Area of responsibility

You will specialise in this core function as part of a comprehensive induction programme and become the first point of contact for our colleagues for all tasks relating to our ERP system
You support all our commercial processes and related IT issues as part of ERP support
You solve tasks independently or forward more complex cases to the second level or external partners
You provide support for updates, tests and rollouts of new functions
You train users and create practical instructions
You will work closely with the specialist departments and jointly optimise our processes

Requirements

Commercial or technical training, further education or comparable qualification
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision, desirable
Understanding of business processes (purchasing, production, logistics, sales)
Enjoyment of user support, IT affinity and target group-oriented communication
Independent, precise and structured way of working
