    Area of responsibility


    • Identifying new trends and technologies in the e-commerce sector to further develop the web shop
    • Development of e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
    • Monitoring webshop KPIs through data analyses and deriving optimisation measures
    • Budget planning and control for e-commerce activities
    • Communication with internal departments and external agencies/service providers

    Requirements

    • Degree in business administration or business informatics or successfully completed apprenticeship in the field of e-commerce
    • Several years of professional experience in e-commerce
    • Profound knowledge of shop, ERP and PIM systems, preferably Shopware
    • Confident handling of common web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
    • Creativity, initiative as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
    • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
