HALFAR DATA ATLAS

Optimum decoration with the right file format

A lot of time and energy goes into the development and design of a product, a story or an event. Of course, the result should then stand out positively from the competition, generate attention and the brand represented should be anchored in the customer’s memory in the long term. This article reveals how this is done.

More about finishing options

Positive attention through individual decoration

A practical example:  The young start-up company HALEX, which with its digital solutions is primarily aimed at a technology-savvy and detail-loving clientele for whom sustainability, quality and alternative mobility are also particularly important, would like to advertise itself and also thank its customers. They want to do this with an individualised product that has a place in their customers’ everyday lives. The decision was therefore made in favour of the REFLEX notebook backpack from HALFAR®. Because it has the relevant features for the customers and can also be individually refined.

The decoration should both represent the HALEX company and identify the customer as part of the HALEX family. The product is to be handed over as part of a software introduction at HALEX. The decoration should therefore consist of both screen printing and individual HFL® finishing, which is possible from as little as 1 piece.

A wide variety of questions now arise for the HALEX graphic designers. For example: In which file format must the design be created for each procedure? Is a JPEG file or a PDF sufficient?  Which colours can be used for screen printing and HFL® printing? How big or small can the logo be?

So that you don’t have to spend a long time on the phone or search for answers on the Internet, and so that you can take action at any time, the HALFAR® Data Atlas 24/7 provides comprehensive assistance. Uncomplicated and at any time.

The Data Atlas

The HALFAR® data atlas answers all questions on the subject of finishing. Structured like an encyclopaedia, it explains in just a few sentences all the decoration methods that HALFAR® offers. How does sublimation printing work, for example, or how is embossing applied to a bag? The data atlas gives the exact specifications for each advertising application method, which our graphics department needs to create a visualisation, for example. It also provides all other information for graphic designers, e.g. the line width, letter height or whether the fonts and graphics have to be created as vectors.

Of course, our service teams are also happy to help and provide advice. Whether it’s choosing a suitable stock product, the right decoration process or questions about very individual customised products with logos or for technical applications. We are always there for you!
