Close despite distance
At first glance, there is a considerable distance of 150 kilometres between the companies, but at second glance it becomes clear: Halfar and FARE maintain a close business relationship. Both companies have been part of JCK Holding for more than 15 years and are thus affiliated companies.
Despite close cooperation, there has been no direct exchange between the apprentices of both companies so far. Therefore, it was clear to the companies that they would like to encourage an apprentice exchange.
